"立嘉国际机床展览会"（英文简称：CWMTE）本着贯彻中央科学发展观和振兴装备制造业的战略部署，促进西部
工业经济发展为宗旨，从2000年开始，已八次成功地举办了"立嘉国际机床展"并为航空航天、汽车、摩托车、船舶、
国防军工、通用机械、仪器仪表、五金制品、 轻工、 电子及科研院所等行业提供了国内外机械装备制造领域的新技
术、新设备，因此得到了广大客商及用户的认同并成为西部地区规模最大、水平最高、展示实物最多，在同行业中享
有较高的知名度和国际参与度的专业展会。随着重庆直辖十周年及并成为"新特区"及中国西部地区十一五规划的加快
实施，机械装备进入大量选型采购的关键时期，立嘉国际机床展将积极抓住这一大好时机，为广大国内外客户，提供

Aiming at developing the industrial economy in Chinese West Region, CWMTE adopted the
central government's scientific development policy and strategy of promoting equipment
manufacture, and it has successfully organized Lijia International Machine Tool Exhibition for
eight times since 2000. The exhibitions supplied the industries, such as aviation, automobile,
motorcycle, shipping, military products, mechanics, apparatus, hardware, light industry,
electronics and some research institutes, with new technology and equipment. Therefore, CWNTE
has been regarded by the clients as the most excellent and professional exhibition for its
largest scale, highest standard and reputation in West Region. Besides, some famous foreign

注：为便于观众参观，本届展览会按照展品类别进行分区，为更好地保证展出效果，请贵单位准确选
择自己的参展区域。
用户组织及宣传推广
展会客户部主要负责展会的用户邀请和展会相关宣传推广，通过：
主、协办单位邀请；新闻发布会、用户推介会；100种专业杂志/网站；展会光碟；展会《会刊》；30万张门
票；6万份参观指南；《立嘉机械》展报；户外广告；电邮推广；直邮推广；力邀有一定数量和质量的采购
商、贸易商、企业负责人以及技术人员等人士到会参观和采购。
中国机械展览网（www.cwmte.cn）常年开设"立嘉国际机床展·专题展厅"，各参展企业可免费进行网上宣传、交
易，使立嘉国际机床展成为"永不落幕的展览会"。
参展手续
1.即时起报名，截止至2008年2月29日止。展览会采取"先报名、先选择、根据展品重量及类型安排展位"的参展
原则，凡申请参加展览会的单位请认真填写《参展合同》（见附一），其中务必详细填写参展展品情况（主要
用于会前、会中的宣传），填好后传真或邮寄至组委会，组委会收到即安排展位，发放《参展预定通知书》；
2.参展企业请于报名时将企业或产品简介（一百字以内）以及代表贵单位最新技术、最新设备的产品或展机照片
/图片（请附产品名称) E-mail至组委会，以便组委会能及时将参展商相关资料登上展会网上展厅频道以及其
他对外宣传刊物中进行宣传。参展企业对提供之资料内容的正确性、真实性、合法性，负有完全的法律责任；
3.展位租金及其他参展费一律实行预收，参展商报名后十天内支付所需费用全款或50%的定金，余款应于展览会
开幕前一个月内付清，逾期主办单位将有权不予保留展位或提供其他服务。展位租金仅指参展商租用展示场地
费用，不包含展品的运输仓储、吊装就位及水电气的租赁等费用。组委会收到参展定金后，即向参展商发出
《参展通知书》；缴清余款时，即发出《参展确认通知书》，参展商凭《参展确认通知》入场布展。
Procedure of application:
1. Register the exhibition now, and the deadline is March 1，2008. The exhibition will adopt
the principle that the earlier the enterprises enter for, the more privileged of choosing
exhibition position the enterprises will have; the exhibition place will be arranged according
to the importance of items on display. All applicants should fill in an application form
seriously. And pay more attention on the information of items on display. After finishing it,
enterprises should mail or fax to organizing committee. The moment your form is received, the
exhibition position will be arranged and the notice of prereserved attending qualification will
be released immediately. Simultaneity, advertising will be executed for users.
2. The applicant is required to submit a brief introduction of the products of your
enterprise. pictures of your products that represent your newest technology and equipment should
be e-mailed to the organizing Committee as to advertise your enterprise in China Mechanic
Exhibition website and other relevant websites. The applicant undertakes the legal
responsibility for the truth of the information they supplied.
3. The rent of exhibition position and fee of advertisement will be charged in advance, and
the total or half of the fee should be paid by applicants in ten days when entering for
exhibition finished; the rest has to be paid off in one month after the opening of exhibition.
The rent of exhibition position only includes the fee of renting place and relevant facilities.
The transport costs, fixing fee, and the fee of water, electricity and gas consuming are not
contained. When the subscription is received, the organizing committee will send out the "notice
of attending exhibition affirmance" and "service guide of attending exhibition". When the entire
fee is paid off, "letter of Admission" will be sent out immediately. Only Enterprises holding
the letter of Admission will be allowed to enter the exhibition area and adorn their exhibition
place.
参展注意事项
1. "先报名、先选择展位"的原则，将以《参展合同》回传至组委会的时间确定；
2. 缴纳定金后，如果退订部份展位，所缴定金概不退还，且不得要求以所缴定金抵缴展位费。逾期定金及余款
未缴交者，视同放弃参展，组委会将即时通知候补企业参展。凡欲退展之企业请及时（或在布展二个月前）
出具书面通知书。
3. 大会组委会有权根据展览会总体规划和实际参展规模对展位位置作相应调整及增、减；
4. 《参展商服务手册》发放时间为2008年1月15日。承办单位将委托有关的承建商、承运商等服务机构为参展商
提供各项服务，各有关服务机构的联系电话、联系人、收费说明和展览会的进度安排都将登载在《参展商服务
手册》和展览会网站上，参展商应根据相关要求及时与有关机构取得联系，以确保展览会前期准备和布展工作
的顺利进行。
5. 为了让各参展商在展览期间享受到更好的服务，参展商在收到《参展商服务手册》时，即时按相关要求认真填
写服务指南上的各类表格；为确保展览会的专业性及安全性，参展商须按展览会规定之范围申报展品，展品与
其申报展品不符，且有违反组委会相关的规定，组委会有权调整其展位或取消其参展资格，所交费用概不退还
6．关于参会代表的交通、旅游、酒店等会期相关事项请详见《参展商服务手册》；
7. 以上条款最终解释权归属于重庆市立嘉会议展览有限公司。
Notice:
1.The exact time will be decided by the Exhibition Application according to the principle of
register earlier, choose earlier.
2.When the subscription is paid, the subscription will not be handed back, if attending
enterprises want to countermand some of exhibition positions; At the same time, enterprises are
not allowed to pay the fee of exhibition position in the form of the subscription of canceled
exhibition position. If subscription is not paid off after deadline, organizing committee will
consider that the enterprises have given up the attending qualification, and the enterprise as
an alternate will be informed. If enterprise wants to cancel the exhibition, please submit the
written paper to committee.
3.The organizing committee has the right to adjust the distribution of exhibition areas
partly, based on the whole programming.
4.Undertaker will entrust dealers who are responsible for building service and transport to
provide rresponding service for attending exhibition enterprises. The phone numbers of service
institutions, list of linkmen and sche dule of exhibition will included in the service guide of
attending exhibition, at the same time will appear in exhibition websites. To ensure the success
of pre-work of exhibition, attending enterprises have to contact with relevant institutions in
time based on requirements of schedule.
5.In order to attain the better service, attending enterprises should fill out all kinds of
forms in time in terms of requirements after receiving service guide of attending exhibition. In
addition, to guarantee the safety and professionality of exhibition, attending enterprises ought
to declare items on display according to requirements. Otherwise, attending exhibition
qualification will be canceled, and the charged fee won't be paid back.
6.The detailed information about traffic, travel, hotel, etc. are provided by Guide for
Exhibition Service.
7.Chongqing LiJia Conference Exhibition Corp Ltd. owns the final explanation right of items
above.
